YLEM Energy is pleased to announce the appointment of Sophie Lamb as Head of Solar. In this newly created role, Sophie will have responsibility for managing YLEM Energy’s solar design and development process, including overseeing our team of Solar Project Engineers and Designers, building relationships with installation partners and suppliers, and ensuring overall quality and customer satisfaction.
Sophie brings a wealth of experience in the renewable energy industry to YLEM Energy, having held operational and general management positions at Engenera Renewables, Arriva Transport and Go Northeast.
In addition to Sophie Lamb’s appointment, YLEM Energy is also pleased to welcome Chloe Gelacio and Sarah Lightfoot to the team as Solar Project Engineer and Development Manager respectively.
Sarah’s new role sees her taking responsibility for managing the development of YLEM’s Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) portfolio. Having previously worked at TNEI, a specialist grid connection consultancy, she brings invaluable experience of the planning and connection application processes, landowner liaison and site identification to YLEM Energy.
Chloe joins YLEM Energy from ZLC Energy and, in her new role as a Solar Project Engineer, will carry out solar designs and modelling and manage the delivery of the company’s solar projects.
